Has potential

I was so excited to see these small scraps available as I knew my daughter would love using them in her open ended play, however I didn’t think about them being scraps and having unfinished sides. They are all completely unraveling. So bummed

Sarah's Silks

Hi there! Thanks for your review! Like is suggested in the description, the scraps are best for crafts and mending silks rather than playing with them on their own. If you would like to be able to use them as super Mini Playsilks, you could finish the edges :)

Wonderful to have on hand!

We love having these for repairs, but also for valentines, crafts, and the oh-so-many needs my children have for their stuffies (a small stuffie blanket or diaper or dress or cape…).

Lovely

These are great! My daughter is at the age where she loves to pull things out from anywhere so right now we put them in a little purse or box and she happily pulls them all out! Only downside is that because they are scraps some of the edges are fraying quite a bit.

Sarah's Silks

Thank you for your feedback Sarah! These are not hemmed, and will fray if they are not hemmed or used in a craft!

Great idea but not ready to use

I love this idea, these little squares can be used in so many ways. It is the same beautiful fabric as the larger scarfs and other silk items. My only disappointment is that the edges are not finished. This means I will either have to figure out how to sew silk, or my little ones can’t play with them because the fabric will unravel. I now realize that the title “scraps” literally means random pieces of left over fabric cut into squares. (I thought it just meant very small pieces, but still finished, ready to use.)

Sarah's Silks

Hi Sophie! Yes, many customers use these to mend silks or for crafts! Unfortunately hemming them would drive up costs quite a bit :(
