It wasn’t what I expected. I understand it’s a seconds bag but many of the pieces were measuring less than 5x5, most of them around 3-3.5x4. And being off cuts there are many so loose threads that just end up making the pieces even smaller so if I were to try to make the fairies they would be so tiny I would rather have just bought a regular silk.

I ordered this as the fairy kit. One of my silks was missing and support was unable to send one so I only had 11 fairies. Poor customer service. As others have said, they also easily fray so be aware.

Hi Lacey, I'm so sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the refund we provided! Because the Scrap Bag is intended to prevent waste, cutting up a perfectly good silk to send would simply go against that goal and create unnecessary waste!

I was so excited to see these small scraps available as I knew my daughter would love using them in her open ended play, however I didn’t think about them being scraps and having unfinished sides. They are all completely unraveling. So bummed

Hi there! Thanks for your review! Like is suggested in the description, the scraps are best for crafts and mending silks rather than playing with them on their own. If you would like to be able to use them as super Mini Playsilks, you could finish the edges :)

We love having these for repairs, but also for valentines, crafts, and the oh-so-many needs my children have for their stuffies (a small stuffie blanket or diaper or dress or cape…).
